Join us for 3 months of fun activities to stay healthy and connected to our ASA Family this Fall.
Sign up for this FREE program and commit to completing at least 3 activities per week for the next three months. Choose your activities from any of the 4 pillars below.
Please note: You don't have to be a WingMan or a runner to participate. This challenge is open to anyone and everyone!

TOUR DE ENDURE 4 PILLARS
We'll be focusing on these pillars ALL Fall!
Click on any Pillar for suggested activities and resources.
Get active! Choose activities from our provided running programs (coming soon), take a walk or a hike, or cross-train any way you’d like!
Check in with yourself: Write a journal entry, meditate, practice mindfulness, or get some fresh air to make sure you’re taking care of your brain.
Food is fun! Try out a new recipe or attempt to cook something you’ve never cooked before. Come up with creative ideas for healthy snacks, and enjoy delicious flavors with friends and family along the way.
Stay connected! Catch up with a friend you haven’t spoken to in a while, make an accountability pact with an ASA Family Member, and sign up for that virtual happy hour!
These activities are designed to be open-ended so anyone and everyone can participate.

If you'd like to help raise funds and awareness for ASA this Fall, Tour de Endure is a great opportunity. We're looking forward to being able to hit the ground running with our Athletes as soon as it's safe to do so. We're grateful for any and all funds raised to help us.
You will be given a fundraising page upon completing your Tour de Endure registration. Use this page to share with Family and Friends!
