Strava Monthly Challenge

How to register and join the ASA Strava club
How to enter an activity manually

- Go to strava.com/clubs/ASARUN or download the Strava App
- Click “Join Club”
- Register for free with social media or an email
- Follow all the prompts to set up your account
- To find the ASA Club on a web page or app
- Click “explore”, then “clubs”
- Search for Athletes Serving Athletes; location Baltimore, MD
- Let the Strava app track your run or enter an activity manually
How to enter an activity manually
- Go to your Strava profile
- Go to the orange + in the top right corner
- Hover over and click “add manual entry”
- Log each activity you do as Sport: RUN even if you do something like hiking or stretching
- Include as much or as little information as you would like; make sure to always include your distance
- Any activity counts- you can do steps, walk, run, roll, stretch, garden, cycle, hike, swim, you name it
- Remember if you do an activity that is not running, you can log every 10 minutes as a 1 mile run
- Click “Create” and your activity will automatically be added to our club’s page
